One District One Product Plan 2024
The Government of Uttar Pradesh has started One District One Product 2024. This scheme will provide job opportunities to 250000 unemployed candidates across Uttar Pradesh. Accordingly, the UP govt will provide Rs 25.000.00- to the local artisans & entrepreneurs in the upcoming 5 years. The UP government had launched this Yojana on 24-01-2018. It is expected that the One District One Product Yojana will increase the state’s GDP by 2 percent. One Disk One Product New Update
A loan fair was organized in Shamli district of Uttar Pradesh on December 3, 2024, in which MLA Tejendra Nirmal & DM Jasjit Kaur distributed loans to the citizens of the district under various government schemes. Along with this, ODOP tool kit was provided to the beneficiaries by the government under the One Distinct One Product Scheme, which was about Rs 38 lakh. The main objective of launching the One District One Product Yojana of the UP government is to promote traditional arts by preserving and developing local crafts.
